SCRANTON MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ATTORNEYS: WE HAVE THE EXPERIENCE

Posted on May 13th, 2010 by admin, under Law.

Our Scranton Medical Malpractice Attorneys have the experience. They did thousands of hours deposing medical practitioners, hospital administrators, nurses, and many more, and they know the tactics used by every breed of trail attorneys here in Pennsylvania. Our lawyers got all the accreditations from both government agencies and respected private accreditation companies. They are recognized in their respective professions both within the Commonwealth and outside. Aside from that, they also did thousands of hours in negotiation settlements, trials, pre-trial conferences, and closing arguments. Our closing arguments are some of the most copied ones in the litigation business.

Our very high success rate is partly due to a desire to win and get the maximum award possible. Our greatness lies in the fact that we argue for our clients and we always make sure that the best interest of the client is put forward. Lawyers know that they perform well if they always think of the best interest of their clients from the deposition-discovery procedures up to the closing arguments in front of the jury. This passion has led to tens of millions of dollars in award, removal of incompetent medical practitioners from our health care system, and improvement of our previous clients’ standard of living. If we handle medical negligence cases, we see the victim as part of our family or a significant part of a potential success story. Other lawyers don’t have that passion, and that explains there very low success rate. Call a Scranton Medical Malpractice Attorney now and get the best compensation award you deserve.

POSITIVE ACCUTANE RESULTS VIS-à-VIS THE NEGATIVE

Posted on May 13th, 2010 by admin, under Law.

Accutane is an acne treatment medication used for the treatment of severe cases of acne vulgaris in the face, neck, chest, nape and back, characterized by red lesions and severe inflammations that often lead to scarring. Accutane Results did not seem positive at first but after several weeks of continued use, as claimed by users, their skin started to clear up and once improvement started, the results were quite “dramatic”. The redness and swelling of severe acne started to lessen and pustules characteristic of severe acne vulgaris remarkably disappeared. Unfortunately, despite such positive results, users and takers of the meds had no clue about the negative side effects until later. The negative side effects included inflammatory bowel diseases with the following manifestations: stomach and chest pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, remarkably increased heartburn, joint or muscle pains, leg swelling and/ or high cholesterol levels in the blood; and severe depression that might have resulted in psychiatric disorders. Symptoms associated with the latter include sadness, irritability, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts, difficulty concentrating, radical changes in sleep patterns and sudden violent tendencies. These symptoms, when present in former Accutane takers should be immediately reported to a health professional in order to thwart possibly more disastrous results. Considering all these, it seemed that the negative consequences of Accutane intake far exceed the positive results. Accordingly, Accutane was withdrawn from distribution and sale in 2009. Not only that, but women who were pregnant while taking Accutane either had miscarriages or had babies with serious birth defects.

THE EMERGENCE OF PHILADELPHIA MALPRACTICE LAWYERS

Posted on May 12th, 2010 by admin, under Law.

We Philaldeplhia Malpractice Lawyers practice in a field of law which does not revolve around corporation mergers or property acquisitions. We deal with humans and not properties. We talk to them, ask them what happened, and explain to them all the available remedies. Medical malpractice is a problem in this country and statistics show that up to 98,000 persons (humans not properties) are killed and injured every year as a result of gross negligence, blatant stupidity of some hospital staff, and outrageous hospital policies. In a technologically advanced state like the United States, many hospitals are not even equipped with medical technology material to help prevent these disasters. Had these hospitals availed of these excellent medical equipments, many deaths and injuries would not have occurred.

Unlike corporate lawyers who are protecting the interests of entities without knowing all the people (stockholders) composing the entity, medical malpractice lawyers protect the interests of people who are victims of negligence, of children whose lives were stolen by incompetent doctors, and people who lost their breasts and reproductive organs because of inexperienced but daredevil surgeons. Our legal researchers discover and dig possible aspects of the case. Our retained doctors and nurses make thorough assessment of you or your loved one to determine the extent of the injury and help make a value on the possible amount of money to be asked. Our lawyers are some of the bests in the business, and they have decades of experience handling such cases. Again, we don’t deal with an entity registered with Securities Commission but we deal with humans. Visit our website, call the number provided, and consult with a Philaldeplhia Malpractice Lawyer now. Remember that the consultation is free.
